Pay as you go is cheapest while you have one or two listings — you only pay for what's active. From three listings up, the Starter bundle ($49 for five) works out lower, and we'll flag the better-value plan as you move the slider.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — no penalties, no lock-in.
Any property you actively manage — whether on Airbnb, Booking.com, direct, or offline. Each unique address counts as one listing, and multi-unit buildings count each unit separately.
Starter includes five listings for $49, then adds $9 for each listing beyond that. Professional includes 25 listings for $149, then $7 per extra listing. You only ever pay for the listings you actually run.
No. No onboarding fees, no hidden charges, and no lock-in contracts. Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding at no extra cost.
