Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.

What counts as a 'property'?

Any listing you actively manage — whether it's on Airbnb, Booking.com, your own direct booking site, or offline. Each unique address counts as one property.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no onboarding fees, no hidden charges, and no lock-in contracts on the Starter and Professional plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfers for annual Enterprise contracts.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll be asked to pick a plan. If you don't, your account enters read-only mode — your data is safe and you can reactivate any time.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact sales or switch in your account settings.
